Something went wrong (Error 0x8007000e)

Recently I switched my home Xbox one console.

Im not able to download my previously purchased games. They start installing, then fail.

Was able to install one of my games, but the other 3 fail.

Sorry to hear. You still have the options to take the console to a Microsoft store as stated above to see if they are able to perform the offline update for you. You can also check out your out of warranty options for repair here :

Greetings friends,

So i tried to load up my xbox one elite (the 1st run not the xbox one s) and i got the "Something went wrong" error. In the trouble shooting menu, I tried to factory restart.

my xbox cycles power but ends up loading back to the trouble shooting menu.

i tired downloading the update to a usb stick that is in the correct format and plugged into the usb ports in the back. i started to the the system up to the trouble shooting menu and the "offline usb update" option is unavailable option.

i got it used from gamestop but if the extended warranty is over, what other options do i have? will i be worth my time to bring it to a Microsoft store?

 

By install do you mean from a Disc or download from the online marketplace?

Have you recently changed the region on the profile or console lately ?

Was the old console from a different region ?

 

I'm installing from Internet, no disc.

No I haven't changed the region, and both are from the same region.

 

Tried to restore factory defaults.. Still can't download my digital purchases.

Kinda weird, Assassins Creed Unity downloads and works fine.

GTA, Black Flag, and Minecraft fail within 30 seconds of starting the download.

 

This is awful! I want to play games, but it's been like this for days..

Who should I contact?

 

I have the same problem and i am installing from internet and disk, same problem both ways
