Same issues withe 2k15 and idk what's going on I'm real annoyed with the whole thing this will most likely be the last time I download and game off Xbox live of course the error code I put in doesnt even register when I put the error code in on the website
idk what to do unplugged the box restarted my modem don't think there's nothing I didn't try

I'm tryin to add friends online but I keep getting "Sorry, we can't save your changes right now.Try again in awhile." ITS BEEN 7days since, I've deleted old friends that I no longer play with and I still have the same problem......so can someone please help
me out.

I am having this same issue. Error code is 0x800706f4

 

whats the point of pre install if this bs happens all the time. this is the 4th game where i have download problems. im also getting the same error number have tried downloading 4 times and no luck. on a side note downloaded drive club after 2k and it downloaded
fast compared to 3hours on xbox one and still have no game to play.

 

I dont even get an error code .. i click to launch it and nothing happens it wont load at all, already reinstalled and same thing ...if i go to games and nba2k15 on the tab it just says play ... i click on that and nothing it just wont launch.

 

Smh im having the same problem, it keeps saying something went wrong!! Aint this next gen?

They are really messing with us once again.How couldn't they propose us solutions?we pay them and just let us waiting like ....

 

I had the same error. I tried all of the tips listed in the thread. Here is what worked for me. I let it install 100%. Once it was done I did a hard reset on my Xbox One. Turned the Xbox One back on and launched the game with no problems. Hopefully
this works for you guys.

 

I have the same error on a digital copy. I let it install fully over night hoping it would start, tried this morning before work and still had the error. I guess I'll try the hard reset again when I get home from work. (Tried hard reset when it was partially
loaded and still had error)

having the same issue, and i'm really ejoying all the help the xbox and 2k support teams are giving their customers!

 

I can't say that I've experienced this problem, although I have had a few freezing moments.

 

OMG same, when I put in forza horizon 2, I hit launch and it just sais each time that something went wrong and said to enter the code, and when I enter the code, it sias that it's an invalid code, so wtf idek it's annoying af
