    Something went wrong 0x90010108 code when my xbox was updating


    When my Xbox was updating 9/6/17 night and it crashed then turned off. I turned it back on and this "Something went wrong" showed up and I followed the directions and showed me to the error help on the Microsoft Xbox website. Then I typed the code in 0x90010108 then
    it said "code not found".

    Xbox One will not start

    When starting my Xbox One it logs me in then I get a black screen saying "Something went wrong" with error code 0x90010108, with instructions to contact Microsoft.

    Hi! I'm sorry that you have to experience this issue. Fortunately theres always a way in solving these things. Please proceed by turning the Xbox off completely and unplugging the power box for 15 seconds. If this method does not work after attempting to
    restart the Xbox and receiving the error code once again, please contact Support again so we can find an alternative method. Hope I could help! Best of luck!

    Hello,

    Today I turned on my xbox and it was updating, after getting to about 95% I got a something went wrong message, and attempted to restart it about 10 times. I then tried using the offline update but again kept getting a something went wrong message 70-90% of
    the way through. I then tried to reset the xbox to factory default and again am getting a something went wrong message (Error code E200 0000007e then more 0s. (all codes have began E200). Is there anything else I can try?
