    I get this error code when I go to MANAGE CAPTURES. It just has the loading sign for a minute and then eventually pops up with that code and says to enter it at xbox.com. There are no forums or entries about this code so I am wondering who else has had this
    before, if anyone..?

    PLEASE HELP XBOX SUPPORT!

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
