Something went wrong...0x80073d5a error code

I just received an error report just now when trying to play fallout 4. its worked several times since I've had the game...

it happens when I start the game or try to start the game. the disc is fine nothing wrong with it no scratches, its weird.

Sorry to hear. You still have the options to take the console to a Microsoft store as stated above to see if they are able to perform the offline update for you. You can also check out your out of warranty options for repair here :

Greetings friends,

So i tried to load up my xbox one elite (the 1st run not the xbox one s) and i got the "Something went wrong" error. In the trouble shooting menu, I tried to factory restart.

my xbox cycles power but ends up loading back to the trouble shooting menu.

i tired downloading the update to a usb stick that is in the correct format and plugged into the usb ports in the back. i started to the the system up to the trouble shooting menu and the "offline usb update" option is unavailable option.

i got it used from gamestop but if the extended warranty is over, what other options do i have? will i be worth my time to bring it to a Microsoft store?
