Something Went Wrong 0x800706ba

Lately whenever I am playing an app or game if I press the home button it the error mentioned in the title will pop up. Wondering if there is some kind of fix action that will get rid of the error. The error also won't let me get to the home screen and
the only way I can fix this is if I do a hard reboot of the Xbox One. But the error always comes back eventually.

Hey there Maybe its Andy,

What error messages are you seeing and what troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix it? Have you tried a power cycle yet and removed any external hard drives?

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble with my xbox. When i load the xbox it will go to the home screen but will not load my profile nor the rest of the apps on my console. Its basically unusable, i can't click on anything and i just get error codes about cortana
not loading and everything else not loading. I'm stumped and have no idea how to fix it.

i've noticed people with a similar problem that have been resolved by physically unplugging the console, waiting 10 minutes then connecting again.

 

I've done that with the hard reboot where I completely power it off by either holding the xbox button till it completely powers off like a laptop or I unplug it but the error keeps coming back eventually.
