I understand that pop-ups are popping up when you perform certain actions in the game or when you type certain things in the game. In order to better help you resolve the issue, I need to determine the following with you:

• Is the issue only in Minecraft? Or does it appear in all games?
  
• What else appears besides the folder history?
  

Based on your description, the problem seems to be caused by triggering some sort of shortcut in the game. You can remove or disable the current keyboard by holding win+ctrl+o to open the on-screen keyboard and repeating the action in the on-screen keyboard that will cause the error. If the problem does not occur in the on-screen keyboard, your keyboard may be damaged or sticking, which is causing the shortcut to be mistakenly touched.



Move your mouse to Start, right click, find Task Manager, find File Explorer (or Windows Explorer), right click and select Restart. See what the problem is.

If the problem is still not solved by the above steps, you can share the recent progress with me in the reply. I will work with you to try other possible solutions to resolve the problem.

i discovered it was something in the settings of taskbar and navigation but thanks for your help anyway!

it appears in all games and that is the only thing that appears, even if that file is deleted it will say that i opened it and your suggestions didn't work sadly and the on-screen keyboard didn't come up and its not in games only, its when i am writing a message or doing anything that involves pressing multiple keyboard buttons

If you can't open the on-screen keyboard by using the shortcut keys, you can search for "osk" in the search box to open the on-screen keyboard. (If you don't see the search box you can right click on the taskbar and tick search in the search box settings).



This problem occurs when you need to press multiple keys or press keys frequently. The problem may be caused by some keys of the keyboard sticking.



If you have a desktop, you can try replacing the keyboard. If you have a laptop, you can try opening the on-screen keyboard for operation.



If the on-screen keyboard operates without problems, the problem may be due to physical damage to the keyboard. It is recommended that you contact a repairer to have it repaired.



The problem may also be caused by third-party software that sets up mapping for your keyboard. Third-party software sets shortcuts for certain keys or certain key combinations, which causes pop-ups to appear when you press certain keys.

Exclude interference from third-party software.

Interference from third party software may be causing the problem.I recommend trying a clean boot which starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step.

If the problem does not appear after a clean start, the error report is related to third party software. (If you have third party protection software installed, such as 360, McAfee etc., please uninstall the third party protection software before a clean start)
