Something to think about?...........

Hello i just bought xbox , and I'm so frustrated and disappointed, there is no help that i find to a new player to enjoy your product,, i think you forgot the people that are not a gamer, that play on pc and left behind cos they are not 13 years old that master this platform. So you don't want a new customers?? It will be so hard to develop a learning game,, a guide to all of this new world of fun? Im 43 it's true, and maybe I'm not your market target,, but i want to be.. and at the moment there's no way for me to do that . People who are 43 old have more money than 13 old child..... just saying Hope someone will read this Shira
