also, if you do a network check on xbox, what is the message??

I turned the xbox off last night and unplugged the power from the back, which would clear the cache? So I dont know

I suggest to try the troubleshooting step for
slow performance on Xbox One. Due to having another Xbox on the network, you may need to port forward to enable the configuration settings on your network.

I recommend to
create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.

I should not need to open any ports, my old original xbox works perfectly fine. It is just this new one I bought yesterday that is having trouble. I am going to return it and try a new one.

no, for erase cache you must hold xbox button on the console until the console turns off completely

when the console is off, you must unplugged all cables and wait a few minutes
