Something not right about 1/1 Daily Challenge Jigsaw jammer

Hey, Crash!

I'm not seeing any issues with Jigsaw Jams in the Daily Challenges here for me. The general cause of these loading issues is the internet connection on your computer, or an issue with an ad that is loading.

The first thing we want to check is if
your computer is fully updated. If it is, try
uninstalling and reinstalling Jigsaw. If all that fails, try on another profile on your computer, with a different gamertag/Microsoft account, to see if the issue happens there.

Let me know what all you're seeing! If nothing seems to work for you, please post back with a screenshot of what you see so we can dig further into this together.

Unable to download most of the Daily Challenges for the entire month of November. Most days in the calendar just show the "dots in a circle" waiting symbol. going to a particular day and clicking on Jigsaw Jammer goes to the download screen but the download
status bar only goes so far and then stalls. Where do I look? Others in the family have no problem downloading and playing Daily Challenges on this same computer running Windows 10

Have you tried checking out your Jigsaw puzzles on a different Windows 10 machine to see if they pop up there? If your Windows 10 PC is a laptop, can you try using it on a different network than your current home network to see if they load then?

Doing this will help us see if the issue is potentially network based so let us know!

Thanks for the screenshot. Did you get a chance to try reinstalling the application yet? If not, try that first. You can also try signing into your account on a different Windows 10 PC to see if that helps the issue at all.

Still not able to load some Jigsaw Jammer challenges see screen shot

Hey there !

We just tested those 3 days Jigsaw Jammer challenges and were able to successfully load them. What happens when you try to load them? Does your application crash or do you receive an error code and/or message you could provide us? If you haven't yet, can
you try reinstalling the application to see if the issue persists?

When I load those 3 Jammer challenges it just hangs on load with about a quarter of the loading bar highlighted.
