Something needs sorting out

So got banned on the 17th of june for 2 weeks, the ban says its been lifted, but the suspension has not been lift, i contacted xbox support & there saying the ban is not lifted until the 25th of September!? I have not had an email regarding this, no enforement
action, not message on my xbox what so ever;I have not been on my xbox since i got the ban, i could not have done anything to further the ban in anyway at all. i had been told to do this or a case review, but i cant do a case review because it doesn't say
i have the ban in anyway.

THIS NEEDS SORTING !!!

Hey Some Of my friends are having This Problem As well as Me And Its startig To get on My Wick!

I Sign in to Xbox Live And Then A Minute Later Im Disconnected!!

when i Configure Network It says i Have Perfect Connection Yet My Xbox Keeps Disconnecting!

THENN!!!!!!

When i get in to a Online Game (like ModernWarfare3) This Message Flashes At Me Saying --->

COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE XBOX LIVE SERVER HAS BEEN INTERRUPTED!!

I NoThis Is Not My Connection Because When i Sign In Its Perfect and it wouldnt Just randomly Disconnect every 5 ******* Minute

Xbox Live Has To Many Problems I Pay Good Money for all This And Now Starting To Regret Spending it...

Help Would Be Much appreciated

This Doesnt Help As Its Coming up To The WGL Season ....

How do you know the suspension hasn't been lifted? Is it because you still cannot get online or send messages?

If so, you need to remove your account from the console and then re-add it. Learn how to do that

here

After that you need to powercycle your console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on and try again.

So just because you have been a member for so long you expect things for FREE? Why? You chose to pay for the service all those years. You realize if you skip even just one new release purchase you could pay for a year of XBL.
Instead rent the new release.
