    Hey everyone, just bought an xbox one today and taking everything out of the box it sound like there's something rattling loose inside my console. Has anyone else come across this problem? Should I hook it up and see if everything is okay before I start
    calling support or going back to the store for an exchange

    My xbox one headset control panel is making a creaking noise when you push on it or the buttons, like its rubbing against something or loose. Any fix?

    take it back to the store and speak to them.and exchange it if there is a issue dont sound right to me
