    Something knocks me out of Ms. Solitaire daily challenges. Help


    This started in the last two weeks. I'll be playing in a challenge and the "busy" wheels come on, then kick me back to the start screen. I don't think I'm hitting a key accidentally. or clicking.

    I've uninstalled the game, then redownloaded it from the store. What do I do next to fix this?

    not loading

    my daily challenge games are NOT loading they just remain in loading status then it knocks me out HELP PLZ!!

    I don't know how to clean the cache. Please give brief step by step instructions for this. or a reference I can find in xbox support.

    Is this a common occurrence in MS spolitaire? It seems to be associated with loading an ad.

    Me too. Tried rebooting machine, and uninstalling, then reinstalling MS Solitaire. I can play normal games, and daily challenges, but clicking on that Klondike Event just crashes MS solitaire.
