This has plagued my account until recently I found the reason why. DO NOT contact MS support I did this for months and they were so off on what needed to be done. So when you attempt to download your profile on another Xbox 360 console you probably got "something
is wrong with your account". what you do after a failed attempt is go on your computer and go to account.live.com once signed in with your microsoft account go to the left where a tab reads "recent activity". A list of activity will pop up and the most recent
should be "challenged access" or "denied access" click on it and click this was me. This will now allow you to download your profile on the current xbox you are trying to use.

    :)

Hi there! Have you tried signing in to accounts.live.com yet? It may just need to get some information verified. You can also try updating your proofs at Xbox.com/proofs
