Something is wrong with my xbox

So today I woke up to this and now I'm sad.

I have an xbox one s, I've changed hdmi wire so that's not the issue. I've tried resetting, hard reset. Unplug and leave before trying again. Any help would be appreciated

I do and it was contentious, he aloud me to play on his account.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I don't have another TV but I unplugged and left it and bought a brand new hdmi and it's fixed/sorted itself now.

Also be sure to check if all cables are connected properly... but it sure sounds like a hardware problem

Have you tried to use a different TV as well as it can be an issue with the TV's HDMI port or the console's HDMI port.

If the same issue occurs after trying a different TV, you may need to create a repair order for your console by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.
