  1. Something is wrong with my XBOX ONE...

This has been going on for a while, almost every time I want to play a game on the xbox one (disc or no disc), it says it takes way too long to load, closes me out, and makes me start over again. The quickest solution I have had was to unplug my xbox one
and let it sit for a minute, then plug it back in, then it start working after a few tries. It is still a pain that i have to do this for almost every time i want to play a different game, or whenever i leave the xbox one off for a while, is there any way
to fix this? (without unplugging the xbox one so much) Also, this error code shows up a lot (0x8027025a) I have tried to use this code to help me, it did not work.

    :)

    Hey Mohamed2759,

Try the following solutions to see if you can get it to work:

    1) PowerCycle

    - Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console until it shuts off.

    - Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes.

    - Replug and Restart your Console. Try again.

If the error continues try the next:

    2) Reset

    - If you can navigate through the Dash try to Reset the Console on there, as explained here: Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults
, select the option to "Keep your Games and apps".

If you can reach that and selected the option and the Dashboard goes just back to the previous screen, turn off the Xbox by holding the Xbox Button until it shuts off, unplug it for 2 mins from Power. replug and restart. It should start the Reset after
    that then.

    - If you cant navigate the Dash and get to that point or the reset wont start in the way above do the following:

    - Power off your console

    - Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    - On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

In both cases make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do the Reset.

Let us know if that helped or if you need additional help.

    Hey there BigDog BigMoney.

It sounds like the issue is with the disc drive and while power cycling your Xbox One may work in the short term, your best option is get a repair for your Xbox One. When did you purchase it? You may still be under warranty.

  5. I got my xbox one as a christmas present back in 2015, I don't know how long the warranty lasts, and if it is still active, where could I go to get it repaired? Side question: How much does it normally cost if you know?

    Hey there BigDog BigMoney.

Big apologies for the delay in response. If you purchase your Xbox One in 2015 unfortunately it would no longer be under warranty, but you can still register and set up a repair over on our
Service Page. The price for repair can vary but it may be a better option than purchasing a brand new Xbox One. Let us know if you have any questions on setting up a repair request, happy to
    further help out.

There something wrong with my xbox one.

Sweaty, sticky fingers causes grime to accumulate in and around the sides of triggers.

I find a couple of alcohol wipes and qtips (cotton buds) to clean the controller every now and then helps.

Check this support link, Update XBox controller which has steps to update the controller firmware.
I try that before but it just make it worse. Still no update for my xbox one controllers.
