Something is wrong with my Xbox one console

I recently had a suspension on Xbox for communication and the suspension started on June 16, 2017 and ended on June 30,2017. But I still cant talk or send messages but I can on the computer, and send massages in the party chat. I don't know what's going
on but its starting to get annoying. I looked on the Enforcement history page and I have no active suspensions. It didn't say I was console banned either. My gamertag is and my phone number is [MOD Removed - Please see

Big apologies for the delay in response. If you purchase your Xbox One in 2015 unfortunately it would no longer be under warranty, but you can still register and set up a repair over on our
Service Page. The price for repair can vary but it may be a better option than purchasing a brand new Xbox One. Let us know if you have any questions on setting up a repair request, happy to

Hey there BigDog BigMoney.

It sounds like the issue is with the disc drive and while power cycling your Xbox One may work in the short term, your best option is get a repair for your Xbox One. When did you purchase it? You may still be under warranty.

Sorry to hear it. First off, I wanted to mention that you shouldn't post personal information on an open forum.

If you still cannot communicate then please try deleting your tag from the console then power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. After that redownload your tag to see if that helps.

Hello again, if it only happens with one game, try performing this procedure below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

No console is fine just by itself. Nothing slows down at all.

No it’s only when I play that game it’s about like 20 mins in then it starts. From what I can tell.

Hello Its, this is happening with all the games you play on the console or only with those of the backwards compatible?

When it comes to noise, it would be loud and somehow disrupts the gameplay in the console, navigation of the menus etc?

Do you feel any slowness or something on the console?

Check your settings as some folks Xbox's have been known too reset it's settings too default with the updates.
