Something is wrong with my migration cape

So after i migrated my java account to a Microsoft one (no this one) the cape was available on my launcher, but the next day when i checked again the cape was gone even do i did have a java account and migrated to a Microsoft account, can anyone help me?

In regards to your concern you will be needing to reach out to Mojang support in that way they can check your in-game account as well as the promotion that was given to you.

You can only get a Migrator Cape if you have migrated your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account during the migration period.

If your account is newly created, unfortunately, it is not eligible for the Migrator Cape.

Sadly, the Migration period ended last September 2023, and only the gamers who migrated their account from Mojang to a Microsoft account during the migration period have been given a Migrator Cape.

Well I can confirm my account migrated properly since I recieved a confirmation email as well as the migrator cape in minecraft.

i don't have a mojang account.

how can i get the migration cape ?

You can get the migration cape if you didn't migrate the account yet, but not the vanilla cape
