cannot add xbox live gold membership?

just bought a new xbox and need a gold membership cannot buy it though it keeps saying that it cant authenticate my card but I have called my bank there is nothing wrong with it is there something wrong with the servers right now or something i know my card
works i just made a paypal acct and it registered and xbox still cant use the paypal acct

Ya I tried what u said, didn't work..I'm on my mobile so I dunno if ill be able to chat..the error is saying..sorry, somethings wrong with your Microsoft acct, go to account.live.com for help..code 80151012..

oh my gamertag is troyjb0001 incase its needed. he uses that acct to play. The other acct I got him as a childs acct doesnt have the levels or experience points or something like that so he never wanted to use it. Thanks very much for trying to help!!!

My son got an xbox one for Christmas, he had an xbox360 prior. I have an acct and billing and purchasing all set up and use regularly, when I tried to buy a skin pack on minecraft today it wouldn't let me and kept saying 'something went wrong' try again,
if persists look up error code below. I tried searching the error code , but no matches, not sure if I entered it wrong. When I first confirmed the purchase on my existing credit card today, it was prompting me to enter the info related to my email acct. I
typed a wrong number in the cc # and didn't complete the security code, I never actually pressed save.. and I couldn't go back and reenter.... I'm just wanting to buy this skin pack from minecraft for him.. not sure If I need to registry the xbox one or something
or messed something up when entering info. Do you know what is happening? Suggestions? Thanks

My son was on bungee to try to get a symbol next to his profile name on halo reach, he said that he got it now but we cant figure out the acct! The original password that was for the "Blakninja" acct says that we dont have permission to access or something
like that now. So bungee does affect your Xbox acct in some ways. he said that when he went on with the email, he deleted something that was set up because he said someone had set a bungee on his email, so after deleting that he proceeded to make a new one
to get his symbol. but how can there be more than one acct on 1 email address?? this other free xbox acct is on that email now so what happened to our "Blakninja48" acct? And the money I payed for it? Is there a way to ask someone from xbox how to fix my issue??
