Something is wrong with crossplay on my account

What I don't understand is why this has suddenly happened.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There are multiple reports in regards to the aid concern but since there is no official announcement we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

When you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings kindly “block” these settings if they’re already on “allow” then submit and after that “allow” again then submit.

After making the changes, kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Same issue here. You gotta wait till a hot fix from Microsoft. I've been dealing with this for 2 days. Nothing on our end fixes it. I did everything all the way down to a out of the box factory reset. Oddly enough my second account has crossplay enabled and works, but my main account says allow, but in game doesn't work. This all started happening within the last 72 hours. Bunch of people have the same issue. Sad to as it basically breaks multiplayer for alot of my games.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.
