Something is wrong here please help me.

So I got on my Xbox one today and I literally can't do anything but send msgs and sit on the dashboard. I can't play any of my games nor can I broadcast or watch any broadcasts Netflix seems to be the only thing that's working what is going on I even turned
my console off and tried again but nothing.

Did you try hard resetting your Xbox, or holding down both triggers and pressing y?

Something else you can try is power cycling your console, which can be done by holding the console power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off. Then boot it back up. If that doesn't work go to Settings, System, and Update Console and verify if you
are currently up to date. Let us know your results.

What region is your account set to? If you're account is set to a different region than the one you live in, you can see error messages like that.

Will it change the language also? from English to Spanish cause i cant read spanish

if i migrate my xbox will it make halo 3 not work? or what im confused on that part..
