Something is terribly wrong with my Xbox

My Xbox One S has recently started to act very weird and I have no clue why. It has gotten very slow, turning on the Xbox is very slow, the dashboard takes a while to completely load, apps and games took forever to load aswell and would freeze and crash many times. Whenever i turn off my Xbox it does the sound it does when it turns off but sometimes the xbox button light continues to stay on and it sounds like its still on. I have to hold on the button as if im resetting it in order for it to completely shut off. But then after a bit the xbox button starts blinking white like when it is doing a system update except its a bit faster and it does not stop, i have left it blinking all night when I go to bed and when I wake up it is still blinking. I have tried everything from simply restarting my xbox to factory resetting it, the factory reset helped it a bit for about a week but then it slowly started to get slower but this time worse. Now all my games and apps have disappeared from the "My games and apps" section and my storage literally says 0.0% and that I have 0.0 GB free. And I cannot seem to install anything it just gives me "installation stopped" error. I have looked all over the internet and I cannot find anything that seems to match what it happening to my Xbox. I do not know why this is happening, i have only had this Xbox for about 3-4 years.
