    I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE.

    I was playing Disney Infinity 2.0 at the time that i started to have issues with achievements. An achievement didn't pop after i completed a 3 hour mission (which it should have). I would then get the errors on console, xbox.com and smartglass. i could see
    my main progress, but as soon as i go into the games list to look at individual achievements is when i got the error. I even had a friend try to compare achievements with me and it gives them an error too, but these people have not played and can still view
    their individual achievements without comparing.

    I then noticed I could look at the individual Achievements for Shadow Of Mordor. So I then attempted to do a very simple achievement and it did not pop. At this point i had the same issue with Disney Infinity... I could not view the individual achievements
    on console, smartglass and xbox.com.

    So it seems that once i unlock an achievement is when it messes up with the viewing of achievements for that game.

    Crimson DLC Achievement issue

    Its very hard to believe 343i did not notice these issues while beta testing internally. The achievement glitches are very common and I suspect 343i turned a blind eye in order to ship the DLC in time.

    collecionador and Zen thanks for the suggestions, but those settings are all fine though. Shikyo, I get the same, I don't see the notifications when my friends are playing the same game as me. Possible MS issue or something? The update installed without
    any issues on my new Xbox Slim. I will see what happens after a few days. Maybe others will chime in.

    I can verfiy today, all notifications are working as they were. Must have been a slight glitch someplace.

    I'm sorry for your problem. Let me try to help you. The "bink" sound wasn't removed by the last patch.

    To enable audio notification under your Xbox360 please follow these steps:

    1. From the home menu go to Settings

    2. Select "System" and press A to validate.

    3. Go to Preferences > Notifications

    4. Check "Play Sound"

    5. Press A to validate.
