    Your credit card probably expired. If you have automatic renewal then thats a possibility.

    Also if you tried to purchase something and a hold was put on the card ,this can happen if your bank/lender has a credit watch on your account

    Reporting cheaters.

    You don't hear back because what happens after you complain has jack to do with you. Unless its something like your credit card details have been stolen or what not.

    Don't worry about it. This glitch is known to Microsoft.

    We’re having trouble processing your payment to get it sorted out

    it is most likely that your card might be locked or something it has happened to me before if you are using a debit or credit card i would try going on amazon or something and try using it on there that's how I got around it

    As mentioned in your previous post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/c5d0e4b5-033d-4634-a67b-f29ab7d7d113), promotional Credits expire from your Microsoft Account
    roughly one year after being placed in the Account as currency. This is a Microsoft policy that we have no control over. Furthermore, once we perform a deposit and place it into your Microsoft Account, we can no longer take any action on those Credits, and
    you would have to follow up with Xbox billing support for any assistance.

    You have received deposits of 23,000 Credits. Lifetime Credits include already deposited Credits, which you can review from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, as mentioned in your previous posts. There you will see that you previously received two deposits
    two years ago:

    2016.3.30 - 10,000 Credit Deposit (5.40 GBP)

    2016.4.13 - 9,000 Credit Deposit (6 GBP)

    2017.4.12 - 4,000 Credit Deposit (2.40 GBP)

    The 3.30 deposit was from a 10,000 Credit adjustment that was performed on your account as a result of a missing Call of Duty map in the "Gimme 5" promotion.The 4.13 deposit of 9,000 Credits was from a follow up adjustment of 5,000 Credits to meet the retail
    value of that map pack ($15 USD), along with 4,000 survey Credits. The 2017 4.12 deposit was from survey Credits.

    The only purchase you have made since was for the title "THE FANCY PANTS ADVENTURES™" on July 23, 2016, for 6.75 GBP. This used your March 30th deposit, along with part of your April 13 2016 deposit. Since you did not spend the rest of that amount, and a
    year has now passed, the remainder of your April 13th deposit has now expired.

    Again, we cannot adjust four times the retail value of a prize into your account, especially after we have already adjust the value of that free map pack into your account.
