    This is ridiculously frustrating. I've tried everything and Xbox won't even let me renew my subscription!? I'm switching to PlayStation after this this is awful and I have wasted so many of the few minutes I have away from work trying to fix this! But no
    matter what I try I can't subscribe!?

    Hey there,

    Would you both happen to have a specific error code that came with that message? Error codes will look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x0000000. Once we have that info we can narrow down what the issue may be!

  5. Are you trying to actually purchase a live subscription with a credit or debit card?

    Are you trying to put in a 25 digit xbox live pre paid code that you bought at a retail store?

    Did you have a subscription previously that all of a sudden just stopped?

    Hi AhmedMostaaafa, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly clear the cache of the Microsoft Store App by following the steps below:

    1. On your search bar type in "wsreset" or "wsreset.exe".

    2. Right-click and then run as administrator.

    3. Wait for a couple of minutes before the Microsoft Store App launch and once done restart your PC before trying to install the game again.

    The error code says invalid subscription. This suggests that the code is either not for your region or was not activated at the point of purchase. You would need to contact the seller for more assistance.

    However, just to confirm what I've said I would recommend contacting phone support to make sure the card is actually invalid. You can click this link to get the number for your region http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?isChatCallAvailable=false
