Greetings

Yesterday I bought a Xbox One
I installed several games and acquired xbox live gold
Today I tried to install EA access
The app has been successfully installed and I connect with my username
I wanted to purchase an annual subscription and at the end of the process
of confirmation of payment jumped message "Something happened on our end. Try again later.
waiting a bit might help.
I noticed that the time listed At the bottom of the screen
is not the same as listed for a console settings

i have only one user and my xbox is update and reboot servel times

Was trying to redeem my Xbox live code on the Xbox one but popped up the message "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help". With this message I followed and waited a while. tried again but with the same results. Also tried redeeming the code
on the PC, but also said the same statement. Help!!!

I've been getting the same thing for nearly 2 weeks now, I unsubscribed and bought a 3 month pass, and tried adding that info in, it also came up, then I thought I might be able to redeem it on my phone, and once again it said the same thing
