"Something happened on our end". This message I received while trying to pay for EA ...

Hello everybody

I have xbox one elite (it's my first xbox console)

When I opened it, I updated the software

After that, I tried to get EA subscription

But while trying to subscribe, this message is appeared:

"Something happened on our end".

I waited but there is no response

I tried to restart the console and change the payment method but nothing has been changed

Any one can help me please?

Unable to pay for my past due monthly xbox gold subscription because of an error

Hello, it has been 2 months since i'm trying to pay for my past due subscription without success.

When i sign in to Services & subscriptions and try finding my subscription in the list, instead of displaying it, a message appears saying :

I tried "Waiting a bit" but it still doesn't work after 2 months. I also tried paying for a new subscription but it doesn't allow me.

I also checked if i could pay on my Xbox One but it seems that the only way to directly pay is going on the website. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb...unt-pay-for-a-past-due-microsoft-subscription)

 

Trying to access microsoft store on xbox one

Im trying to sign into my microsoft store to download a game and it says "Something has happened on our end and we couldnt sign you in". Before it said this, it was working fine but at some points the message would pop up and now i get nothing... Im really
just trying to download fortnite again. I need some help
