Someone used my home Xbox switch without asking

Where would I find the survey to get another switch?

By following the instructions I posted.

Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and need assistance, select Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. If you don't get a survey, you will have to wait until it resets on its own.

I would also advise you to change your password. You are the only person who should have access to your account.

As long as someone else has a gold account on one then leave yours set to home on the main one you use and just sign your account into the other when you're there and use it without switching the home Xbox setting.

Sorry to say but if you’re run out of home switches is not possible to ask to someone for more switches.

You can try checking if the system can give you a new one.
For this, “select Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.”
