As long as you do not give out the personal info associated with your account it will be safe. I would recommend adding

2 step verification if you have not already. If you feel your account was accessed by someone who is not you, you will have to contact Official phone/chat support to open an unauthorized access case.

Need urgent help is probably hacked. I play on the xbox one and was just invited to a party. About 5 seconds after the invitation, a person has said, 'Well I have it all'. Then the person said to me,, enjoying the evening still with gaming tomorrow a profile

If you are concerned with your account security, I would recommend updating your passwords for your microsoft account and the associated email. Do not use the same password for both, and consider adding two-factor authentication where available.

 

If you believe your account is being compromised, go ahead and change your Microsoft account password, as well as the password to the e-mail account you use as your Microsoft account address. As long as you have not given your account information to anyone
for any reason, you should not have anything to fear.

 

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
