    Just like the subject says my son didn’t know any better he gave someone his Email and password to his account it was some Fortnite scam honestly Don’t know what he was thinking but he’s 10 he got the Lecture about giving out password to but anyway
    This person was able to login his account which he kept kicking my son off his xbox because He came to me saying he’s account got hacked i already knew thats almost impossible unless he gave them his info out which he did fess Up to it . He was very
    fortunate I have the account tied to my phone so i’m the only one that can change the password on the account because it sends a code to my phone . I’m just wondering what can i do about this i have the persons Gamertag that did it how do i go about reporting
    them for fraudulent Activities on this person ?

    Hello for better security I would add a 2 log in verification just in case this were to happen again.

    Thank you everyone for the Replies . I did report him i did forget to mention and changed the password Just the descriptions For reporting wasn’t what i needed but did comment When reporting what happen . I guess there nothing more that I can do
    . Im Sure Microsoft can track the activity Showing this guy login into he’s account from he’s location . Just wanted to make sure something does happen that all . Thank you everyone !

    Luckily there is a report feature for almost every aspect on the Xbox console. You can go to the exact message where this person requested the account information & there should be a report option. Also change the password for your sons account & be sure
    he understands not to give out his account information yo anyone.
