someone tell me why you still charge for xbox live, one good reason, just one

You get call of duy dlc early and battlefield dlc early.

For starters, you get a closed, secure and monitored service. There's probably more I'm leaving out.

Ever heard the saying you get what you pay for? Personally I wouldnt switch to PS because its free. Id switch for exclusives

Jay Kuzy makes a good point if you have ever tried to deal with the forums as a means of customer support. Also, Microsoft pays other xboxlive members, with minor perks, to act as ambassadors who "answer" questions and beg for a good score so they can increase
in ambassador rank to aquire more menial rewards. My Live account expires soon and I have been having similar feelings as Jay and I have only been online since March 2013. I enjoyed my xbox more before I got online and I have had my xbox since 2008 - about
6 years now. I am aware that not all ambassadors are morons in the manner I have described. I am just trying to make the point that the whole customer service aspect on xbox is a lame joke. I have been a rewards member since March 2013 and I have not received
any rebates for purchases made from March 2013-November 2013 according to my achievement status. I have been inquiring about this issue on the forums since the summer. So,once again, please tell Jay what they are gonna do for him. Sadly, the answer is nothing.

My good, I buy it because I like to play halo and gears of war online multiplayers, but didnt another other reason for waste my money, PSN its a lot better than Xbox Live also have more great games like god of war or the last of us, and what about for apps!?
why I have to pay for use my netflix account or Internet explorer on xbox? its like I had to pay for use it on my smart tv! Its just ridiculous
