Someone talking horribly about me in their Bio. Putting my personal information.

There is this person who has been harrassing me. I filed a complaint, this person has been suspended many times in the past. He has my email and false information about me in his bio. Saying horrible things. His gamertag [Mod Removed] I
would like my email off of his bio as soon as possible please? He's already registered my email to horrible websites. I filed a complaint and it's still not off of his bio.

You would need to file a complaint on the gamertag via the console.

Having a first name in the bio section isn't honestly against the terms of use and won't get someone's account banned. So filing a complaint wouldn't do much.

For example, the name "Bob" can be in my bio but that doesn't mean that everyone named Bob can instantly file complaints on me and expect my account to be banned.

But if this person has something of this sort let's take "Bob" as the example again and has Bob is Cheeky's first name then that's a violation.

If that is the case then you would need to do the following to file a complaint:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.
   

Select Profile.

Select Personal Info.

Select File Complaint.

you can only file a complaint and wait. A team will investigate your complaint and take measures according to the situation.

 

their is someone on xbox now who has my gamertag in his bio calling me a child watcher. the is very offensive for me. i did file a complaint but because of the seriousness of the name calling i really would like someone to take car of this. how long before
someone does something about this? it happened only today after winning a match against him on a game. its not right and i feel its very derogatory . please HELP!!

 

Contact The support number nd have them blocked it will speed things along for the investigation.

 

Calling up phone support will not speed things along as they have nothing to do with Enforcement. The only thing you can do is file a complaint. Every complaint is looked at and taken seriously.
