Someone stole my Xbox

Sorry to hear your console was stolen. I hope you contacted the police as they can work with Microsoft to trace the IP of the console.

In the meantime you can remotely remove your password from the console by following the instructions at this link.

support.xbox.com/.../password-protect-account

You would need to file a report with your local police and they would need to contact Microsoft for help tracking it down.

Unfortunately your account was taken over by another person and that is something that we cannot assist with on the Xbox forums. Your only option is to contact Xbox customer support to help you with this account takeover. In order to contact Xbox customer
support, you need to
create a new Microsoft account to sign into the contact portal found here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and creating a new account is part of the process since your
old account is no longer accessible as the login information was changed by the person who took over the account. Customer support would not be able to provide the email or password that the account was changed to.

Log into support.xbox.com with the new account you created.

Scroll down, Click Contact Us

• Step 1: Click choose a Category- Xbox One,
  
• Step 2 : Ask Us a Question - See other options which will ask you to Pick a Topic
  
• Step 3: Pick a Topic - I recommend Payment & Billing for best results & then Show Contact Options
  
  Click Request a Call from Support
  

This will help schedule a call back from Customer Support.
