someone stole my account and got it banned

hello enforcement team xbox support told me to com here and post. well it started off as someone stole my xbox but i got my account back and changed my password and reported it to xbox then after that someone came in to my home took my info for the
account (the account being RageingXpsycho) was on my account modding and got banned i just want my account back it had all my games on it i got a new account so did the guy that took my account his is
[Mod Removed] please help im a dedicated xbox fan and i just want my account back thank you for listening.

my account got banned beacuse someone stole my account and change the color of the avatar and changes the years when i got back on it said i was banned can you please help me

As i do not know why i was banned they said it was a mistake and it should be fixed soon, Someone stole my account and hacked me and stole peoples passwords and kept asking and thats why i was banned

Wow,modders actually break into your house now just to steal your account details !!

But in case you don't feel like all that pesky reading, I've included here the excerpt that applies directly to your situation:

"Please do not "name and shame" users. If you see someone violating the Code of Conduct please do not publicly post an accusation. Instead, report it using the tools within the game or the file a complaint using your console. If the violation took place
on the forums you may use the report feature."

 

Also if the ban occurred when the account was out of your control, you should phone support and ask them to open an Unauthorised Access Case.

If they find in your favour then they could return your account to you. Remember that they can tell on what Xbox an account has been active on.

 

He broke into your house and stole your info? You should really call the police then...
