He bought the code, and sent it, and I pressed redeem code. The code automatically went in, but then I started up the game, and I got no dlc, for revelations. Then I went back to the map pack for revelations, and "redeem code" would register, but send no
other message confirming it. Then I put it into buy, and it said that the code was no a gift card, so I was sure that it was the correct code, but it just wasn't working for some reason. I also tried entering the code into redeem a few times, and it only made
the selection system clear out, and it also crashed the game but only 1 time. I still don't have the dlc, and my friend is kinda mad that his 7.99$ is gone, please help, id be fine if you guys could just send another code, or atleast have this dlc register,
because I do like the zombies on call of duty, and would not be against buying the new call of duty black ops 4, but with situations like this, I can only think, hey what if it doesn't register when I buy it, or if I get the game and there is so much ****

got suspended cause someone hacked into my account and sent out messages to my friends

someone got into my account and sent out messages to my friends saying go to gifts xbox.com to get a gift for xmas. i told my friends that i have never sent them that message and now imm suspended. i would like to get this settleed. i love my xbox. can

Instead of starting the game, try highlighting it, clicking the menu button on your controller and go to Manage Game to make sure the DLC is installed.

In order for your friend to get a refund, he would need to contact support and speak to billing.

Gifting is region locked. There's no way to bypass that. If you're the one who sent it, you can request a refund or give the code to someone else that is in your region.

I did not buy a card. Xbox live sent a code to me for a $5 gift card.

I have an email with an order number, but my gift recipient never received a gift code. There is no gift code attached to my order online. I definitely sent it as a gift.

Since it's a message sent by Xbox, it means someone else sent you a gift from the Microsoft Store. If you don't know the player who sent you the gift and if no one has informed you about it, I recommend not redeeming the code so that the sender has the opportunity to request a refund if they sent it to you by mistake.
