    A lot of people say things out of anger. If you didnt break any rules then no ban will be placed. Best to just block in future though.

    I just wouldn't respond to them. Seems like they are trying to troll you into something that might actually get you some type of ban. I would just block and mute them.

    You definitely don't need to worry about this. That's not how the enforcement team works. They investigate each report and make a decision based off that.

    Just block, mute, and report. Xbox Live enforcement looks at every single report so chances are that he's pulled this stunt before, and he'll be soon banned for it.
