Someone save my xbox one!!!

recnetly my xbox one has been giving me connectivity issues but today something terrible happened......I was just going to the settings and connecting to wifi when all of a sudden the settings just froze and i was unable to do anything but press home.
The settings are working fine but when i click network settings its frozen in the exact same place!!I resatared my console and its the same.I have quit the app,hard reset,restart,refresh the home screen but nothing is working!! Please help but i cant factory
reset i just cant!!!!

I need help with my gears 3 on Xbox one I can't get my profile into gears and so I can't save my data this is frustrating please someone help me

I really do hope this is true and not just a mockup someone made. Would you be able to save game files onto this external drive and use it on another Xbox One?

Reset the Xbox AND your modem and router....see if that helps...

Try a wired connection , might be WiFi related. ....

The only option left to you may be a factory reset. Have you done a hard reset to include unplugging the power from the back of the console? If not try this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

If you have someone with access to a Xbox console, you can use that to delete a cloud save as well as The local one
