Someone pulling IPs

What can i do about someone pulling IPs and flooding my router? I thought they fixed that on Xbox One but
Cold Ares pulled my IP, said my location to everyone in the lobby, and tried to hit me offline. I reported him but he said he has been reported many times and nothing ever happens.

I tried deleting it but it wont let me

Yeah,you only get a certain amount of time to edit/delete things in posts.A mod will be along eventually to remove the gamertags,just have to wait as all the active mods are in the U.S. for some reason.
