My name is [Mod Removed], this is my first time using this website, I've never had problems with Xbox or my account until last night.

I was playing some cod4 last night, just chilling in a team death match and I hear this dude rant, well he was ranting about his v7 mod menu, and how he can boot people offline and also console ban people. So I hurried up and left the game and got off and
fell asleep, well I got on about 9pm central time and it popped up a message saying: This console has been banned for "Terms of Use" but what's funny is I don't even know what I did, I have just been playing online tdm's and nothing else. I have all the map
packs and a lot of stuff bought on that account, I would like to know if I could get my account back. I have no idea why im banned, I haven't done anything to violate Microsoft.

First of all, check it if you really not typed the wrong password in. If it's typed correctly, manage your wireless network settings, and restore it to factory defaults. If it not help the issue, check you wireless routers options. Check

So, you know the email and password and the system is telling you it is wrong? Or, you forgot the email/password all together?

You can try the forgot password option and enter various emails you think you might have used. Then, check those emails and voila.
