    so i recently just got a message off my smartapp about some one trying to ban for apparently modding but ive not recently been on my account for 2 days, the last game i was playing was rainbow six seige but i got a message saying i was modding a game called
    Call Of Duty WaW. I also got a message about being reported to enforcement team and I really need help as i dont want to be banned!

    Hello Today I thought I would get online annd when i signed in it said profile has been signed in elsewhere and went to download history to check if anything was purchased and A game that I havent played was there (COD WaW) so if anyone can help me get
    a refund it would be nice

    All Enforcement actions are only dealt with on the Enforcement website: http://enforcement.xbox.com. Check your suspension history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    There is nothing anybody can do for you here on the forums, as the Enforcement team does not post here, nor does anybody else have access to your Enforcement records.

    If you believe someone else has
    unauthorized access to your account    , then I recommend you
    change your password     immediately.

    Hey PrimaryCrafter! Gamertags can only be associated with one email address at a time. Double check any other email addresses you may have to see if your proper Gamertag is attached to one of those instead. Thanks!

    You can check your transactions at http://commerce.microsoft.com to see where the funds went. If you notice transactions you did not make, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

    I have it resolved, I called xbox support because I couldn't get into my account, so they reset my pw for me. Sensational work, excellent speed, friendly staff. Customer support really outdo themselves. :)

    You will need to call support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada.
