    Its also best you block the person to make sure they can't message you again.

    Hey There!

    I would reccomend blocking them and when you do report it. The report takes time to be reviewed by a moderator at xbox i’d say the best thing is to just block them and if you keep running into issues maybe contact xbox support! I hope this helps have a wonderful

    I don't think you get the 'action has been taken' message everytime, so I would guess action has been taken you've just not seen it.

    You should also reserve a message on xbox from the enforcement team about your report.

    When you report it, the enforcement team investigates and takes the appropriate action. Occasionally you'll get a message thanking you for the report, but for the most part you won't know if/when action is taken. So reporting does do something, you just
    may not see it.
