Someone made an account with my email

A few months back someone made an xbox account using my email address. I recently have logged into it and changed the password once again. They are trying to log in to it again. I have emailed xbox customer support multiple times with no response. Can anyone
help me? I'd like to have the account deleted all together if possible.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

My microsoft account was created on the email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" but someone Changed the email, so that email was available to use again, so i made a new account on it trying to get it back

I made an account. tried to link it with my xbox but someone was already using my email. it because you have to have an email to create an account but you don't have to have a password for the account. and some people already have an old gamer tag linked
to there email so.. they type in random email addresses until they find someone's account. this has been happening for years. I don't know how it hasn't been fixed
