Someone keeps getting onto mine, my brothers, and my friends accounts

The Serial number from their Xbox is below, so is the name of the Xbox we gathered from all three of our accounts. From the name of the Xbox, we have an idea of whom it is... Anyway they can have their Xbox suspended? We've changed our passwords yet it still
persists.

Account - Thief - Stolen 360 - Logged on

Hey guys sorry if i posted this on the wrong section but it's very important for me to know. About 2 weeks ago my house was burglarized and they took my 360, Ps3, and laptops. Luckily the guy left one 360 that he didn't find and dropped pretty much the only
360 controller that worked. Anyways yesterday i logged into my account and i see someone logged onto my brothers account which has an auto-login option on the 360 that was stolen. I called the detectives and told them and they are getting a warrant to find
the IP that was on my brothers account on the stolen xbox 360 however one problem that i am afraid about is that due to the thief logging onto my brothers account i had to change the password and set different options so that they don't go on his account again,
which involves going on the account. Will this tamper previous I.P Address that was on the account (not mines) or in simple terms if i logged in onto the account right after the guy logged off will they be able to track him down still?

Banned unfairly

hi my names paul. Today I was suspended from communicating on xbox. The explanation is I left the room for about 20 mins and my brothers friend came in and messaged my brother mean words so my brother reported me and now I’m banned for something my brothers
friend did. Can someone help?

Hey Feint Zorah! The best way to inform the right teams is to report the user via your console. If he has added his account to your console, you can find out how to remove it

I Dashboard It

The profile may not have Xbox LIVE or the membership needs to be renewed. Also if the account may have been recovered onto a different Xbox, you need to recover it back to yours. I had the same problem with my account after recovering my account onto my
friend's Xbox then forgot to recover it back onto mine and was wondering what was wrong. Fixed it by recovering it back onto mine. Hope this helps with your issue.

I also had my friend try to download my account and it worked on his xbox so he transferred it onto a usb stick and thats how i got my account on my xbox because it wont download it onto mine.

I set my Xbox as home on my account, my brother and a friend, when I set my friend's account as home was all right but for some mistake of mine or Xbox My brother's account disabled his home several times on my Xbox and my friend's , so consequently I
had to activate (my brother's account) but when I missed an option to activate the home I stopped, the next day I went to see if I still had home options to be sure, and to my surprise they all ended. I ask again for you to help me because because of this
I will not be able to play some games acquired in my brother's account .
