    Someone keeps changing my Xbox password!!


    someone keeps changing the password for my account. I’ve recovered it so many times but he somehow seems to be getting it back. Now when I try to recover it it says I don’t have enough information to be able to reset my password! Help!

    Someone did a license transfer on my account....

    I'm not exactly sure what that means though. Someone logged into my account, and did a license transfer and keeps going onto my account. I tried changing my password but he's still logging onto it somehow. Can someone help me get him off?

    Every time I log into my xbox one it prompts me to log in however every time I enter my password it says it is incorrect so I have to go through the process of resetting my password and the next time I log in it again says that my password is wrong this
    has happened 4 times this week. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    SOMEONE KEEPS CHANGING MY PASSWORD AND I AM SICK OF IT!!

    Start with 2 step verification, then create a brand new password for that account, then change the password for the email associated with that account. that's what i did and ive never had problems since.

    You're upset because your password actually gets changed or you just get the request? If it's changed, your account has been compromised, and others have posted how to deal with that.
