Someone is using my xbox account

I gave away my 360 at xmass and just realized my account is still on that box. The person using the box is racking up achievements under my gamer tag. What can I do about this? Not sure what else they are able to see under my account but they are certainly
using it.

Unauthorized Access claims are usually to regain access to an account that someone else has seized control of. Since you can still log into your account, I would recommend following Smwutches' advice and change your password immediately. Then go to
www.xbox.com/account, and look under Settings & Preferences for a link called "Xbox 360 Profile Protection". Click the button that says "Require Profile Download", which will disable your profile on
all consoles everywhere. The only way to sign back into your account is to redownload your profile with your email and whatever new password you made up. Also make sure all emails attached to your account are secure, perhaps changing the password on those
just to be safe. If there have been any fraudulent charges made, contact your bank or credit card company to dispute them.

You will need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
support.xbox.com/contact-us

You should also go ahead and reset your password.

live.xbox.com/.../Protection

That will require that your account needs to be redownloaded before using it on any 360. You may also want to change your password just to be on the safe side, but they shouldn't have your account information to sign in with.

Perfect.. thank you! My password has changed recently so I'm not worried too much. I'm sure the little kid I gave the xbox to doesn't even realize they were signing in with and using my account. Had me puzzled as to why I was racking up achievements on
disney games.

What I know is that, there can only be one profile connected to an email address.

As far as I know is that the only thing that might work is what The Sovereign I said, that is calling Xbox Support. You could try suggesting it to do it via email because of your stutter, maybe they will allow it, but to start you need to phone them :-/

If you feel that somebody has gained unauthorized access to your Xbox Live account contact phone support immediately. They will ask you a series of security questions and start investigation.

The thing is because iv set this profile up using the same email it will just recover this one and not my other account, I came on here and deleted my old account thinking it would throw him off so i could recover it, but it has not and he is still online
using my XP points that were on ther.....Is there anything i can do using this website, i have a really bad stutter so phoning would be very difficult and i cant get no one else to fone...All advice welcome and thanks for the responces.
