Someone is using a picture of me on Xbox with my permission

You are not allowed to use copyrighted images as your picture unless they are provided by Xbox

Or you have written permission in this case from Sony Pictures.

I just need one someone used it without my permission

I got a similar problem.. my status is enrolled (from 2 months) but i don't have the preview forum permission and i can't update so.. can someone give me the permissions?

if you did not get this image from the Xbox store and supplied it yourself you're using copyrighted images without permission which is directly forbidden by the Xbox code of conduct

If you did not take the picture yourself, Unless you have written permission from the photographer or copyright holder or you can't use it

Thing is the Code of conduct and terms of use contradict each other so for me at least it's a grey area

Under the USE OF XBOX LIVE section it says " You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder " so based on that it's ok to use someone elses account

I was referring to the Code of Conduct (not Terms of Use) which states:"For example, don't:

Lend, transfer, sell or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags"

Letting someone use your account with permission is different from giving someone your username and password.
