Someone is signing onto my XB1 account through 360.

My 360 was stolen last year. Ive got an XB1 since. Today I started getting msgs from random 360 players, playing Black Ops 2, which I havent played for years. I believe someone is signing on with my Gtag on my old 360. Anyway to make my gamertag unaccessible
on 360s? I already set my Xbox Live to request my password at every sign in but its still happening.

right...i have xb1 my son has the 360..........we have 1 gold account signed up with his account on his 360 which is also used as the main profile on my xbox one,which i use my account on as a family member

he is getting a xb1 for xmas....................how do we game share fifa 15 and ad warfare on both consoles and still only use 1 gold account.......i know i have to buy the games digitaly

can someone just confirm/clear up for me - can i roll over my gamer tag from xbox 360 onto the xbone and can i carry over my unused gold membership from my xbox 360 onto the xbone?

i assume that if i roll over my gold account onto the xbone then i can no longer go online on the 360?

So try to change your password first and if it still happen you will have to hit Xbox support.

Go here and choose to require your profile to be downloaded -
live.xbox.com/.../Protection

That will require that your account be redownloaded before use, so since the other person will not know your login information they will not be able to download your profile.

 

Thank you smwuches. Person will be signed out within 2 hours, apparently. I was worried said person would start spending my MS account money. Judging by the msgs Im getting its a kid, and they could be wreaking havoc if they discovered it.
