    At gameflip.com if you search for "12 Month XBOX Live" then you will see gift cards come up to purchase.

    On a consistent basis there is a user named "Waleed Nagy" who sells 12 Month XBOX Live Gold Gift Cards for only $34 (sometimes a little more) and he sells 10 or more at a time and reposts new gift cards to sell on a regular basis.

    I just wanted to make Microsoft aware of what this user is doing.

    It seems like he likely got these illegally somehow because I'm not sure how he could be making a profit.....

    Hi,

    Yes, there are local taxes when purchasing gold memberships and Xbox LIVE Gold points via the website or console. It doesn't look like EBGames in Canada has any sort of 1 month gold subscriptions. They seem to only sell 3 month, and 12 month membership cards,
    and as for Microsoft Points they seem to only carry 1400 and 2800 for Canada.
