Someone is on my account right now purchasing stuff with my credit card! HELP PLEASE!

Not sure how someone has "hacked" your account but if your credit card is being charged without your permission your first priority should be to contact your bank & cancel it.

You would then need to contact support for your region & ask to open an unautherised access case.

That explains why fifa shows up on my hacked account. They got hold of my email and via social engineering with support they changed the password and used someone credit card on my account and purchased stuff.

So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
it for my own account. I cannot transfer it nor can I buy a gift card with my credit even tho I purchased the gift cards myself to put on the account. And now im being told GTA V SHARK CARDS CANNOT BE GIFTED !!! Why !!??!?! Please help

Now there still hasn't been any improvement. I still get the same status code's.

Today i figured out i could also make changes in my account with my computer, so i tried adding my paypal account.

When i try adding it it automatically suggest to add a credit card aswell for immediate purchases ( which makes no sense to me, why else would i want to pay with paypal if i have to use credit cards instead?)

I tried adding my credit card & now there's seems to be a problem with it & i should contact my bank for further help..

+ I hadn't used this credit card since 48 hrs & i can do other payments swell with it.

Does someone know what's going on? would appreciate some help!
