I had 19.90 on my xbox account. Now I checked and I only have 0.89. I haven’t bought anything. Please help me on how to fix this.

Someone is on my account

Hi there this is ryan i was online a few days ago when i got logged out of xbox live because my account was signed into on another console . when it kicked me off i logged into xbox on my computer and i was messageing my friends and they said that this guy
[mod removed] were sending them nasty messages saying your friend is not going to get his account back . so i kept trying to log on xbox live and this whole thing kept on happening so i decided to change all my info i did a lisense transfer on my xbox i also
did clear cashe i did everything i changed my microsoft id and my email cuz he also had my email........ My friend said that [mod removed] told him that he had put a J-TAG on my xbox from where he lives. i also did some research and i know his Real name to.
so please help me .. thank you so much.

Someone is on my account

If he still has your account, or had done anything to your account while it was compromised, then you will need to call support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation.

If you or your friends still have access to his gamertag on the console, then you would need to file a complaint there so the enforcement team can investigate the issue and take the appropriate action against him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed
on the forums.

You can check your transactions at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see where the funds went. If you notice transactions you did not make, you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

Hey PrimaryCrafter! Gamertags can only be associated with one email address at a time. Double check any other email addresses you may have to see if your proper Gamertag is attached to one of those instead. Thanks!

I have it resolved, I called xbox support because I couldn't get into my account, so they reset my pw for me. Sensational work, excellent speed, friendly staff. Customer support really outdo themselves.
